Birth is sacred—a beautiful, intense, and deeply personal journey. It’s a moment where strength and surrender meet, and it was never meant to be walked alone.
As your doula, I’m there to support you emotionally, physically, and spiritually through pregnancy, labor, and those first tender hours postpartum. I don’t take the place of your partner or care team—instead, I come alongside you, offering steady guidance, prayerful encouragement, and a calming presence as you step into the story God is beautifully unfolding for your family.
I will be there to help you every step of the way to understand the birth process, feel calm and empowered, and trust that your body is designed to give birth.
Please note I take only 1 birth doula client a month, so spots are limited!

Hi! I’m Sophia, a Christian birth doula and childbirth educator who helps mamas feel peaceful, prepared, and confident for birth.
I believe that God has called me to this work to support women as they step into motherhood with faith, confidence, and peace.
Through personalized prenatal support, hands-on care, and Christ-centered encouragement, I offer more than just practical help—I’m here to hold space for the holy work of birth.

My doula packages range from $1,700-2,000.
It’s a reality - doula support is an investment. BUT - it’s an investment that aligns with its VALUE.
I believe mamas deserve more support before and after birth which is why I’ve designed this package to be comprehensive in nature, including services that are not typically covered by most other doula packages. These include a Lamaze childbirth education class, additional birth planning support, and more.
Your investment also covers:
On-call time for 4 weeks, ready to meet and support you quickly if you go into labor.
30–40+ hours of availability, birth support, and postpartum care per client.
Time spent driving to/from visits and your birth and gas cost.
Ongoing education, certification, and training I invest in to offer up-do-date and evidence-based care.
Business expenses that allow me to serve you well (insurance, taxes, LLC, supplies, backup doula, etc.)
You are also investing in my years of experience and training that I’ve sought to best support and empower families.
If finances are a barrier, I would love to have a conversation about payment plans and options to make it work for your family.

The earlier, the better!
By taking a low volume of doula clients, I prioritize RELATIONSHIP with you above all else. Having more time is ideal, but if you’re later in your pregnancy, still do reach out!
If I don’t have availability your due date, I will help you find a doula who does!
